In the period from June 4 to June 6, 2024, the annual International Exhibition “URBIS”, which is a new format of “Smart Cities Meetup”, will be held in the city of Brno (Czech Republic).
The holding of the international exhibition event is planned with the participation of representatives of state authorities, local governments and companies specializing in the implementation of new technologies in the field of urban planning and ensuring the effective functioning of local infrastructure.
As part of the “URBIS” exhibition event, a presentation of the industrial potential of cities is planned.
According to the agreement with the Czech side, preferential conditions for participation in the event will be provided for Ukrainian companies.

This year begins with a tourist trip for children aged 12-16 years to the sister city of Przemyśl (Republic of Poland) from 15.06 to 25.06.2024.
Traveling abroad is a great opportunity to expand your worldview, enrich your life experience and get unforgettable experiences.
In the city of Przemyśl, a support center for refugees from Ukraine “Safe House” was established, on the basis of which a summer camp for children was organized.
The tourist trip is organized at the expense of the host party, travel at the expense of the urban territorial community.
City tours, visits to museums, swimming pools, cinemas, pizza-making workshops, art workshops, karaoke, cinema and integration evenings will be organized during the trip.
Meals include breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Children registered as internally displaced persons will have the right to travel.
To organize a tourist trip of the above-mentioned category, parents submit the following documents in originals and copies to the Department of Social Protection of the Population:
- statement of one of the parents or a person replacing them for a tourist trip;
- notarized consent of the parents indicating the country of destination and the corresponding period of stay of the child in this country;
- a copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine for the child’s departure abroad or the child’s birth certificate;
- passport of one of the parents or the person replacing them;
- certificate of registration of the child’s place of residence;
- a copy of the child’s international medical aid and accident insurance policy;
- a copy of the medical certificate on the state of health of each child traveling abroad, in the form approved by the Ministry of Health (form 079);
- certificate of an internally displaced person.
Provision of children’s tourist trips will be made on the basis of parents’ applications in the order of priority.
